Golf Marketing Services has served as publishing consultant for Golf Fitness Magazine since its inception providing sales, marketing, public relations, event and administration support. True to its history of discovering and launching innovative and forward-thinking concepts, Golf Marketing Services has been instrumental in establishing and growing this national golf specific fitness publication during a time when many print publications were becoming irrelevant and going out of business.
Started in 2005, Golf Fitness Magazine focuses on total game improvement through physical and mental performance for men of women of all ages and of all handicaps. The mission of Golf Fitness Magazine is "keeping golfer's stronger and in the game longer." The magazine has become the leading voice in the industry on fitness, health, nutrition, lifestyle, and well-being.
The recently announced partnership with Madavor Media, a niche publishing company that owns Fairways and Greens, will provide Golf Fitness Magazine with the back-end infrastructure for continued growth including printing, sales, marketing, and circulation resources. The first issue of Golf Fitness Magazine under Madavor's direction will be the January/February 2011 magazine. The title will be published on a traditional bimonthly calendar and distributed on newsstands along with its current paid circulation.

The first issue of Golf fitness Magazine under Madavor's direction will be the January/February 2011 magazine, scheduled to hit newsstands in late January with additional distribution at the 2011 PGA Show and the National Golf Expo-Boston. The title will be published on a traditional bimonthly calendar, with subsequent issues scheduled for March-April, May-June, July-August, September-October, and November-December 2011.
