Ivy Latham
The Cash Flow Queen
Making a good profit in PR or advertising is no easy task and many agencies and freelancers have gone out of business waiting for late payment from their clients. After 15 years in business, GMS is in the 1% club of successfully owned and operated marketing agencies.
Collecting monthly retainers and expenses is no easy task, but Ivy Latham handles it with diligence and ease. Ivy is professionally persistent and organized when it comes to getting the bills paid promptly so that GMS can keep the lights on and the creative ideas (and beer!) flowing as we often work long hours to get our client's job done.
By all means, watch your expenses carefully, as we do for all our clients. On the other hand, too much haggling over money and excessive report generating can cause Team GMS to put their energy into the documentation process, instead of more effort into your account.
